Tenant Relations Coordinator

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated, highly organized Tenant Relations Coordinator to support a fast-paced property management team. This role is essential in fostering strong tenant relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and supporting day-to-day property operations. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, responding to inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with internal team members, maintenance staff, and third-party vendors to resolve tenant issues and maintain property standards
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenant interactions, service requests, and resolutions
  • Support tenant communications, events, and engagement initiatives
  • Provide administrative support, including contract preparation and tracking tenant and vendor Certificates of Insurance
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls professionally
  • Maintain current tenant and property contact records
  • Handle tenant requests calmly and courteously, ensuring a positive experience
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and meeting materials for internal and external use
  • Coordinate and participate in new tenant orientation meetings, including move-in requirements and property guidelines
  • Manage office supply inventory, including ordering and cost monitoring
  • Support maintenance of office equipment and manage mailing and postage supplies
  • Conduct routine inspections of tenant spaces, common areas, and building grounds to ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Prior experience in property management, tenant services, or customer service preferred
  • Ability to handle conflict with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with property management systems is a plus

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Onsite
  • Parking provided
  • Background check and drug screening required
